Canadian Immigration News Saskatchewan Extents Invitation for Work Visa

On 18th July, Saskatchewan province,has sent invitations to candidates, for Canadian Work Visa, using the Entrepreneur Category. This category is meant to attract candidates existing in the Expression Of Interest pool, who wish to start a business. There are a few provincial criteria, which the candidates, have to meet in the business. Such entrepreneurs must initially submit an EOI to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program.This will qualify for receiving the invitation in the Entrepreneur Category. Expression of Interest is a measure which screens intending candidates for eligibility. It gives a score on the ranking that depends on the assessment in the points-grid for this Category. It depends on factors like the entrepreneurial experience, Investment funds, net worth, training as well as education . The Authorities also use proficiency in language and relevant factors  here. Additionally, Selected entrepreneurs are invited for applying to get the Approval Letter as SINP Entrepreneur. All successful applicants then submit the application for a Canadian Work Visa with IRCC .

The candidates of the 18th July draw must follow these deadlines:

  • After 20 calendar days of receiving the Invitation – Paying 2,500 Dollars which is a non-refundable processing fee. They also need to select and identify a third party service provider for conducting the financial review of their SINP online profile.
  • Within 90 calendar days of receiving the Invitation, they also need to furnish, their complete electronic application which also has Business Performance Agreement accompanying other necessary documents.
  • Furnishing the Verification Report from the Third Party in 90 calendar of receiving the Invitation.
